I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, I am here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. Please note that all items are created on demand, so it's essential to check your sizing before placing your order to minimise returns. I will reject orders where multiple sizes of the same item are ordered. (So feel free to e-mail if you're ordering for yourself and other people too!)

Please note that if you are returning an item because you changed your mind or didn't check the sizing, you'll have to return it at your own cost.

To initiate a return, please email at: hello@houseoftomfoolery.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I'll provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Once I receive your return and inspect the item, I will process your refund promptly.

Faulty Products

In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, please contact me immediately at hello@houseoftomfoolery.com with clear photos of the fault. I will work swiftly to resolve the issue and offer you a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 21 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
